Shipping Methods and Options
We ship all orders via Canada Post by weight and size. In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 2-5 business days for delivery time when shipping Canada Post Regular.
We offer the following shipping options within Canada and the US:
Canada Post Regular - Free for orders of $150 or more*
Canada Post Regular and Xpresspost - delivery within Canada
Canada Post Surface and Xpresspost - delivery to USA
Purolator -delivery internationally
Back up shipping method is UPS regular
Shipping charges vary depending on weight and destination and will be displayed when you checkout.
If the order is below 500 grams (1 lb) with dimensions less than 14"x10"x3", we may send by Canada Post Regular on request. Simply mention this under Special Instructions and if approved, we will send you a quote on requested shipping.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FOP Address
For tracing purposes, we ship orders via Canada Post and UPS only. RxNatural™ cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to shipping limitations. Shipment requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment.
