Lachesis compositum N

Composition:
1 ampule of 5.0ml (=5g) contains:
  • Lachesis mutus D6 0.2ml
  • Pyrogenium-Nosode D6 0.2
  • Echinacea angustifolia D1 0.1ml
  • Pulsatilla pratensis D2 0.05ml
  • Juniperus sabina D3 0.1ml
Indications:
Prevention and treatment of mastitis, metritis and agalactica. Regulation of secundinization, puerperal fever, and breeding sows (MMA)

Instructions for use, route and duration of administration:

Lachesis compositum N can be administered by S.C., I.M. or I.V. injection

According to species, the daily single dosage is as follows:

  • Horses and Cattle 5-10ml
  • Foals, Calves and Pigs 4-5ml
  • Sheep and Goats 1-2ml
  • Large Dogs 3-4ml
  • Medium-Sized Dogs 2-3ml
  • Small Dogs and Cats 1-2ml

As and when necessary, the recommended dose can be repeated every 24 hours. For the prophylaxis of the MMA complex: Lachesis compositum N is administered at the rate of 1 ampoule at 12 adn 24 hours after birth. Treatment of the MMA complex: when the symptoms become apparent, inject 1 ampoule of Lachesis compositum N, repeat if necessary 24 hours later.

Therapeutic Applications:

The findings of a study into the above syndrome (lt. Journal of Homotoxicology, year V, issue 4, pages 17-31) carried out in 65 pig farms on a total of 9859 births, showed that the incidence of the MMA syndrome with the administration of the Lachesis compositum N 12-24 after birth is 4%, against an incidence of 67% in the control group; of course, hygene, feeding and the age of the sows also play an important role in the presentation of better results.
