Recommendation
Recommended maintenance dose two dessertspoon (20mls) daily. Take up to 60mls daily if you have a health issue you are working on. May be taken indefinitely to ensure the health of your cells and to maintain your energy. Best taken on an empty stomach, or just before food. May be added to cold drinks, or taken straight from the spoon. Works synergistically with Barley Grass Juice Powder. This may be placed in a glass, e.g. one dessertspoon, adding Zell / Live Cell Oxygen Immunocomplex stirring with a fork, then adding more juice.
